than you very much for help, it really helps, you really had search for mail server wise
I tried the IceWarp server, it's more advance, and more features,
but Didn't find the options i want, which i found it in Kerio, or may didn't know ow to do it in IceWarp,
that is no option to deliver messages using another SMTP server, and didn't find an option to download from external POP3 to a certain mailboxes, i include this the screenshots below, i really need this, because my company will change the domain name and the old domain has all emails , so we want it to automatically download pop3 message to their new inboxes,
I appreciate your help, you may have much experience in IceWarp mail and your notes may make sense .
IceWarp has a nice administration interface , more advance, and more features, and even it has web admin, Kerio only has webadmin , I may need your email for the other replies because I don't have a third-yahoo email address . heheheh

It really depends on your local skillsets and preferences.
My preference would be to roll my own on a Linux-based system with something like Exim and Dovecot, with Spamassassin, ClamAV and Sieve bolted on the side. DKIM and SPF, of course, for outbound. Client side it's either Thunderbird (PCs) or K-9 (Android), although I know this configuration also works on a Mac. Not sure what I'd use for the calendaring backend, or webmail, though.
On a different track entirely, have you looked at Google Apps (i.e.the corporate version of stuff like GMail)?
