Ik kan e-mail ontvangen via Entourage, maar ik kan geen e-mail versturen? ... Mijn Pop Server is ingesteld op pop.mail.yahoo.com
Mijn smtp-server is ingesteld op smtp.mail.yahoo.com, maar ik kan geen e-mails ontvangen. Een vriend vertelde me dat de poort misschien verkeerd is. Mijn poort is ingesteld op 25. Heeft u een suggestie?.

* Uitgaande mailserver (SMTP): plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Gebruik SSL, poort: 465, authenticatie gebruiken.
Important: The Yahoo! SMTP server requires authentication. To enable this setting, do the following:
1. Open the Entourage client (application) and click the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Accounts" from the pull-down menu.
3. Double-click your Yahoo! account.
4. On the Account Settings window, scroll to the "Sending Mail" category toward the bottom.
5. Click "Click Here for Advanced Sending Options."
6. Check the box next to "SMTP Server Requires Authentication."
7. Close this window by clicking the tiny box in the upper-left corner.
8. Click "OK."
To ensure the new settings are configured properly, we suggest closing the Entourage client and opening it again before sending or receiving messages.
